Treasure - That time when Illario gifted Daenerys with dragon eggs, a gift for her wedding to Khal Drogo. The 3 dragon eggs came in a chest and are rare to find. That time when King Robert visited Winterfell to see his old friend Ned Stark.
The word ‘husky’ according to dictionary.com means ‘big and strong; burly’ which Robert Baratheon and Ned Stark are!
And I couldn’t help but put a direwolf in there, which can sometimes be mistaken for a husky!
The prompt word toward the end of October- ominous. Ravens are known to bring ominous news! Although that may be influenced from Game of Thrones (I miss that show!), 'Dark wings, dark words", as Old Nan used to say! Jon Snow’s faithful companion. In the beginning of the first few seasons, Ghost seem to come and go and Jon would wonder where he went! Like a ghost! Sometimes appearing outta nowhere! That time when Tyrion and Bronn walked away from the Eyrie after winning a trial by combat. And of course when I think of dragon, I think of Drogon and Daenerys Targaryen- “The First is Her Name, The Unburnt, Queens of the Andals, the Rhoynar and the First Men, Queen of Meereen, Khaleesi of the Great Grass Sea, Protector of the Realm, Lady Regent of the Seven Kingdoms, Breaker of Chains and Mother of Dragons”.
Injured - That time when Jon Snow and Ghost were injured from the long night battle with the undead. They surprisingly survived but not without injuries and losses.

Inktober Day 25 - Tasty - That time when Arya stopped by the inn where Hot Pie worked. He still makes tasty pies but now Arya knows how to make pies as well!
That time when the remaining Stark kids, Bran and Rickon have to flee from Winterfell. Bran of course can’t walk so it’s a good thing he had the overgrown Hodor to carry him. Some thought Hodor descended from giants! -
Obviously when I think of snow, I think of Jon Snow! From bastard to brother of the Night’s Watch and then Lord Commander; to King of the North; a Stark and a Targaryen. He’s the emo guy, always brooding and of course he would- he’s kinda like the tragic hero always conflicted with love, duty and loyalty.
That time when I ran out of ideas for this prompt word ‘pattern’ GoT-related and came up with what you see here! Maybe I will turn these animals plus dragon into a repeat pattern one day!
That time when age finally caught up to the feisty Maester at Castle Black, Aemon Targaryen. He cries out to ’Egg’, his brother once in a while and at one point said, ‘Egg, I dreamt I was old!’

Not all old people are frail, some are healthy and hearty and incredibly robust and sturdy! At first I couldn’t decide whether to draw Maester Aemon or Jojen Reed, who despite being young, also grew frail as he helped Bran across the Wall to help him find the Three-Eyed Raven. I finally decided to save that one for another Inktober word prompt. I did wanted to draw Maester Aemon and honor the actor who played him, Peter Vaughn, who passed away in 2016.
That time when Melisandre enchanted Stannis Baratheon and Gendry! Sometimes she uses her magic, her potions, sometimes she uses her words and/or her body!
Inktober Day 01 - Ring -This is the ring Daenerys dropped in the grasslands so that Jorah and Daarios can track her... I have been watching The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance so couldn’t help but put little gelflings, oops I mean elflings in there! That time when Samwell Tarly tasked himself to save Ser Jorah Mormont from greyscale. It was not an easy task since it requires the removal of one scale at a time! Also every time the scale was removed, the skin oozes, so yeah, not a very pleasant sight! In the beginning, it would make Sam woozy or dizzy, but he was able to complete the task!

Ancient - The Children of the Forest were around are ancient, mysterious non-human race that long existed and inhabited Westeros way before the arrival of the First Men; 12,000 years before Robert’s Rebellion, according to GoT wiki!
This was inspired by the incredible makeup and costume done on the tv show with a little bit of embellishment on my part!
Tread - That time when Meera and Jojen Reed follow the treads of Hodor, Osha, and Rickon to find Bran Stark so they can take him north of the Wall. Bran would sometimes warg into Summer and/or Hodor and follow their treads.

I love the Reed siblings- they left all the warmth of their home to travel north to find Bran and to take him even further north to find the Three-eyed Raven. Meera is the unsung hero who kept Bran safe throughout the entire journey. It’s too bad how things were left off between Bran and Meera at the end.
That time when Jaime Lannister has his right hand chopped off by Roose Bolton’s man, Locke. Jaime had to wear his chopped hand around his neck but when Locke and his men brought Jaime and Brienne to Roose, Roose reprimanded Locke and had Jaime’s wound bandaged and on a sling.
Legends and folklore is huge in Game of Thrones book series, one in particular is the legend of ‘Azor Ahai’, the warrior who drove the darkness away with his sword Lightbringer. How he forged the sword to bring the end in darkness was by plunging it into his wife’s heart. her soul and the hot blade created Lightbringer. A new ‘Azor Ahai’ was supposed to come again and many believe it to be either Daenerys Targaryen or Jon Snow.

I think end the end it’s Jon Snow if the prophecies were interpreted this way- the ‘long night’ being Daenerys mad reign. A more detailed explanation can be found on distractify.com!
That time when Tyrion, Hand of the King, had to lead the troops at King’s Landing to fight against Stannis’ forces! Since King Joffrey was too cowardly! So he picked up his axe and the troops around him yelled, ‘Half-Man! Half-Man!’
Inktober Day 04 - Freeze - That time when the ‘magnificent seven’ (minus Gendry who ran back to the Wall to get a message out to Daenerys) were huddled together to beat the biting cold freeze of the North...surrounded by the undead!
